Mike,
I am sure you have been extremely busy. Just wanted you to know that the a/c unit is working GREAT. Excellent timing for the install. Couple of great observations:
-Even with the 100 degree heat, no problem keeping my upstairs 74-75 degrees
-My recent power bill went down $70 as compared to last year. To add to that last year, days above 90 were 22. This year days above 90 were 26. This unit is definately providing comfort and saving money.
-Even the first floor feels more comfortable.
Thanks again for the great install. We are certainly putting this new system to the test and it is getting straight A's.

Mike recently replaced my 22 year old upstairs heat pump.
He professionally installed a two ton Bryant variable speed system. I was extremely pleased with the efficient and extremely neat install. This unit quietly keeps our upstairs at a perfect temperature.

Mike was breath of fresh air, quickly determining the cause of our air conditioning problems and fixing it promptly and at the quoted price. Wish we had known him years ago instead of sinking all that money into patchwork and guesswork from other companies over the years. When it came time to replace our entire upstairs unit, we were given straight-forward answers and thorough explanations that made us comfortable we were making the right decision, but more importantly, using the right company.

Mike and his crew just replaced my 30 year old H/VAC system to include all the duct work. They are very professional, neat, on time and the bill was exactly what Mike had quoted..no hidden charges. We are super pleased with our system and the quality of work, plus we are most comfortable in our new heated enviroment. I highly recommend Arctic Air so get " Mikey " to do yours...you will be very satisfied.

I can't say enough about the Artic Air team. Not only are they quick to respond, they have the knowledge to "fix it right the first time" when they get there. I live in a house full of women and when they are comfortable, my life is much easier. Give them a call and you will be pleased.

I definitely recommend Arctic Air for all your AC/Heating Issues. The service the was provided to us was SUPER!!! I have been calling around to see who can come and check my AC unit because it was not functioning like it should and everyone who I contacted had extreme prices and wouldn't call me back when I called, so I started looking around and A friend of ours recommended Arctic Air because he got his AC unit from them (I see why) So we decided to give it one last shot to see if we can get a new unit. Arctic Air had unbeatable prices. He had quoted us for the AC unit on a Wednesday and by Monday my New AC/Heating Unit was installed. Mike is very professional and he takes the time to answer all your questions. Arctic Air is a very professional company and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs any AC/Heating services. "After calling around to several heating and air conditioning companies for a price quote for a new heat pump unit, Mike Epperson from Arctic Air was the only person who called me back. He listened carefully to my explanation of the history of my unit, and we immediately set up a time for him to come out and give me an estimate. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and he helped me understand why I didn’t need as large a unit as I initially thought. Also, Mike’s estimate was pleasantly lower than the company I have been dealing with for over 4 years. The following Monday, my new unit was installed by Mike and his helper.
